Accessibility

Interact exists to inform and connect every organization’s greatest asset: its people. Our goal is to provide the best experiences possible to our customers and their users. To achieve this goal, we aim to make our products and services as accessible as possible. We want all our users to have equitable access to the information, tools, experiences, services, and assistance they need, regardless of ability or circumstance. We are committed to being the leader in accessible intranet software, and we have taken exciting steps toward achieving that goal.

Putting people first and taking pride in our work are core values at Interact. These values inspire our devotion to transparency and accountability. Our new Accessibility Initiative outlines our journey toward highly inclusive experiences, collaborative customer relationships, and improved product and service standards. The initiative is composed of several strategies and will be executed over our short, medium, and long-term business roadmap.

If you or anyone involved with your intranet project requires extra physical or digital assistance or resources, please contact us by emailing a11y@interactsoftware.com

Accessibility Initiative
At Interact, we believe that accessibility is not just a feature, but a fundamental aspect of user experience that benefits everyone. Our Accessibility Initiative is designed to ensure a seamless and inclusive user experience for as many people as possible.

Note: As a third-party supplier, Interact is responsible for auditing and maintaining the accessibility compliance of our core products and services. This specifically includes any accessibility issues that are programmatically inherent to our products and services and are out of the control of the purchasing customer to manage, alter, or fix.

Interact is not responsible for the accessibility of any customer generated content, brand applications, or customer integrations input into Interact products and services. We do provide tools and services to assist our customers with their accessibility compliance (such as color contrast checkers, theming, and more); but ultimately, the compliance of these items lies solely with the customer.

Interact is also not responsible for the accessibility of third-party applications used by customers that are not explicitly owned by Interact.
